Villette by Charlotte Brontë because I was craving something Victorian-esque. Unfortunately, I'm no where near done the book and it's due back to the library in a few days.

Good read, but I don't think I'll renew it.

The Complete Sherlock Holmes.

Villette didn't end up getting renewed just as I thought. But these Sherlock Holmes stories are definitely proving to be interesting. Yes, it is my first time reading any Holmes. But at least I'm finally reading them?

I tend to read a lot of things at once.

Right now I've got:
Dreamsongs Volume I - George R.R. Martin
The Selfish Gene - Richard Dawkins
Something Wicked This Way Comes - Ray Bradbury

and the complete Lovecraft collection...

I tend to read several books at a time too, mainly because they're different kind of books.

Right now I'm reading:
* Mathematical thought from ancient to modern times (volumen I) by Morris Kline
* How to solve it by George Pólya
* Chronicles of Travnik by Ivó Andric
* Fevre Dream by George R.R. Martin

Almost done with it too.

It's a story written back in 1532 about Charlemagne knights. However it tends to do spoofs of king Arther.

The great part about it is that it contains 2 female knights both of which were part of popular culture until the most recent centuries: Bradamante and Marfisa.

I just finished a Robert Heinlein book called Castle in the Sky.

...I'm not sure why that is the title, since there are definitely no castles in it. It's more of a futuristic survival story, and the ending is a little bit of a letdown.
