OMG really !____!
Gosh, I die when it gets up to 30 degrees Celsius, but in other places (I think on really bad days) it can get up close to 50.
But it usually never (where I am) goes past 42 Degrees.

So 30 degrees is 86 Fahrenheit
50 is 122

Yeah, sunburns cause cancer. Every time you get a sunburn your chance at getting skin cancer. I'm pretty positive that I'm going to get it. Whatever. I just hope that I can get it cut off before it affects me too much.

Is it dry heat at least? That's more bearable than humidity. I cannot deal with the humidity. I've got asthma so I can't breathe.

It's really humid here, but it doesn't get much hotter than 100-105 Fahrenheit.

OMG don't say that!
I hope you don't get it!
And it's usually dry heat, it does get humid here usually in spring and autumn, but so far it hasn't been that humid! It has rained, but hasn't been hot at the same time, the weather is still mostly in winter mode :x

lol. You so silly.

Dry heat is better than wet heat. Wet heat kills me.

It's fine... <3
We should all link to each other. <3 <3 <3

I will add some banners tomorrow. :)

I loved Italy when I visited. :'3

I'm in Texas... <3

@KimiLavender: I can't have chocolate, so it is kind of painful? lol

@Julie: weeelcome <3

@light_sucks: My mom is in her 70's and from a time when they would slather baby oil on themselves purposefully to burn and get tans in a truly unhealthy way.

She doesn't have skin cancer, though she is at risk.

My dad has had skin cancer three times in the last year and a half. But, every day forever he would go do yard work without any suntan lotion and often without a shirt. Again, not a problem until his 70's. Can it happen at earlier ages? Of course, keep an eye on it. However, depending on the kind it is pretty treatable if caught. If you are concerned I would start making bi-annual or quarterly trips to the dermatologist. At least yearly... <3

Better safe than sorry. <3

Oh yeah, you can totally get it at a young age.
Lots of young women do because of tanning beds. They're a lot less safe than just tanning in the sun.

I don't have the money to go to a dermatologist. I'm lucky if I can manage to get to a regular doctor occasionally.

Then make sure to keep track of anything that may be suspicious. I still suggest a yearly exam, if you can swing it. I totally understand though.

:o

Oh yes, I keep track of all my freckles.
I have a lot on my chest from sun poisoning I got a few years ago.

Aaah, sunburns are sooo mean >.< I remember when I wasn't pay attention on where I was putting my cream, I left a spot open... I recall to have the skin on fire, impossible to sleep that night @.@

And, also, skin cancer is scary too... @Kat it's everything ok now, with your dad?

The charity is this one:

Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ We All Wish For Something - [Open]

Eruvandir was a little sad that no one was partecipating, she also gives New Member pack to help out the little ones! I've done for her too 2 banners to promote her charity, and for thanking her for the items (i'm wearing some of them! Love!)

Ah. I thought that was a charity just for newbies. That's why I never went in there.
