I'm also medicated for it but it doesn't work as well as I'd like. lol.
Hypochondria has a lot of the same issues as an anxiety disorder.

I imagine so. It's one of the more annoying diseases for a family member to have but when you make the connection with it to anxiety, you start to realize they're not doing it on purpose to get attention or whatever.
Should take your meds tho x.x

I'm on the highest dose possible on my meds.
The doctor prescribed another medicine that's supposed to help it but it was 500 bucks. I ain't got that kind of money.
Mmhmm. Lots of mental illnesses are difficult for healthy people to understand. They think we're faking it. They just don't comprehend that our brain chemistry is off and that's why we act the way we do. It's not for attention.
Though there are some people who pretend to be sick, but that's another disorder all together.
Yeah, you should take your meds.
You should try to keep them in the same place all the time. Like next to your microwave or on your bathroom sink.

That's like when I had severe constipation and the doc prescribed a powder that was supposed to be covered by insurance, or cheap, and it ended up being some $650 thing that insurance was fighting over
Telling someone with a brain problem that it's all in their mind is like telling a person with asthma that it's all in their lungs, stop faking it
No, the brain is an organ that can fuck up like the rest
