oh xD well I can't help there...I'm still learning shading myself OTL

I'm with Ama, I'm just practicing and BSing. Light source is haaarrrrdddd.

I mess up a hell of a lot in shading If there's one thing I wish I could do naturally with my art aside from drawing super amazingly, it'd be wanting to shade easily. Especially with hair because I can't for the life of me do hair. I can do clothes pretty well but hair is the death of me

Aha, everything relating to shading scares/confuses me. It's uber stressful.

Sometimes I don't shade in my drawings...lately I haven't been doing it so much cuz my grey is dying xD But I'd even like the be able to do decent backgrounds cuz I suck at that also xD

Drawing backgrounds is fun but tiring <--likes to draw scenic backgrounds.

I try to shade more often than not because the art looks better for it.

I don't like backgrounds OTL which is why most of my art doesnt have them xD

Yeah, for me they take too long, so I tend to avoid them. I do enjoy making them occasionally though.

I think if I knew I could do them well I would xD but I know I'm pretty bad at it
