I have grey hairs too. It's hereditary and I kind of like them.... I've had them since I was a teenager.

lol, It's heredity for me too. XD Apparently my uncle had an entire head of grey hair when he was seventeen and was REALLY popular with the ladies in school. XD

No, it does not affect grey hair.
I forgot You were going for a darker color than Your natural. In that case don't bleach them before dyeing. Bleached hair loose color more easily.
And wow for Your grey hair girls... You have stressful lifes? I have no grey hair. In fact my mom is 49 and has like 3-4 grey hairs. Though her younger sisters have much more.

I just never heard of someone getting greys so early. Guys getting bald in 25, yeah, but not greys...
ml, that's because he looked like Dante from Devil May Cry

Yeah, before dyeing them black You'll have to pick streaks and bleach them a bit (dunno what color You have, but for good look of neons You should get streaks to white) and than apply color. And go dark with the rest while streak are in foil. Also while washing the dye away, first wash the black hair, after that remove foil from streaks and wash them. This will prevent black dye from going on neon streaks and making them look dirty.
