No idea, it's not like they tell us those things xD But they took a long time to fix it, they dismantled the concrete in front of our bulding and dag for the pipes, but I have no idea what caused the breakdown. And I was suddenly very glad I live "two steps" from the subway station, where the toilets are free... So I could afford drinking normally and not getting a bladder infection just from being dehydrated

lool i see well that's good.
although to be honest, i wouldn't really trust washrooms they have in public transport places. because i've seen how baaaaad some of those are lol.
of course, if i didn't have a choice...xD;; still....xP

These are pretty clean, I couldn't believe bf when he told me that, but then I had no choice and saw it really is of a good standard. Apparently all of the Polish metro toilets are well maintained
