I don't know how to answer that.
I have issues falling asleep, but I can fall asleep. Eventually.
But I may have sleep apnea.
I have a sleep study sometime soon.

Aww, do you tire yourself both physically and mentally before going to bed?
I find days when I skip workout, or don't do anything mentally challenging are quite hard to fall asleep.
Sleep study? What's that?

I've tried all kinds of things to help me sleep.
For about a year, I had anxiety attacks every night.
I was terrified of my bed.
I did a lot of research and tried things.
Medication or tea is what helps me the most.
They're going to monitor me while I sleep to see if I have sleep apnea.

I think I have sleep apnea.
They said I have several symptoms and it does run in the family.
A lot of things run in my family.
Heart problems, diabetes, mental disorders, addiction, sleep disorders, cancer...
Surprised we still exist u8

My dad has sleep apnea. They gave him a little mask he wears to bed to help him sleep. *he loves that mask*
=A= I am trying to draw and there's a lady staying upstairs while my dad is out of town... she's smoking out front and it's all coming right into my livingroom window. 
My dad assured me I wouldn't even notice her, but she's so loud and annoying.

He's gone for 3 weeks and it will have been 2 weeks on saturday. =_= so I still have a little over a week to deal with her.
ugh.
Today she took off my dog's elizabeth collar that she has to wear because she just had a very major surgery. I only take it off if I am directly supervising her so she's not messing with the stitches while it heals.. but this lady took it off and then fell asleep. Thank god my dog hasn't been itchy or messing with it,
but still.. it would be expensive to have to fix her stitches.
