my dad has sleep apnea too so he uses a mask......o; i believe his brother has it, as well as a milder case for my aunt...o; i hear that sleep apnea can get bad if not treated properly, you can even stop breathing....;-;

And if you don't get the kind of quality of sleep you need, it can start affecting your daily functioning.
I'm going because I've gotten more forgetful and lose focus a lot.
