Is it less discouraging to see poll notices of "never heard of it" or posts that just say "never heard of them"? Because I saw that topic and voted, but really don't have anything to add beyond "never heard of them", so... it seemed like it would be more polite to leave the thread for people who actually have something to contribute.
I could go post "never heard of them" if it would make you feel better, though.

I don't know it be something, but yeah I guess it be discouraging. But that's why I put a couple videos in the topic so people who hadn't heard of them could get the chance.

Yes... if my computer were capable of sound, I'd have something to say because of that...

I just wasn't sure, I will do whatever you want when I can, only.... sometimes it is hard to tell if it is better to post anyway, even if what you have to say is useless, or if it is better to keep quiet...

Maybe you will have more luck with threads if you give it a broader topic, and then use your specific thing as an example?

So for that one, it could be something like, "Discovering new bands" and then you could give the story of how you found Walk Off The Earth, with the links, and ask if anyone had heard of them, and if anyone else had funny stories about how the discovered a band they liked.

Then if you have people who do have something to say about the specifics they can, and it leaves it more open for the conversation to continue, even if there are not people who know that particular group?

Well, every little bit counts. And if you keep posting after Grog leaves you'll pick some up then, too, just not as fast or as many....

Yeah, that's a very nice touch too - you can get donuts all the time, not only when Grog is around. It just isn't guaranteed anymore for every post.

oooohhhh I didn't think the caravan would be here today too ! I've been busy all weekend so I didn't manage to get that many donuts (less than I wanted anyway...).

Zupprika you have a few hours left! Server time says 8 more hours, if I'm reading it correctly, so you can get a bunch in if you have a little time now for the game....
