I feel like it probably happened while I was off thread for a while XD I've been on and off so often I don't remember. It was scheduled for back in May rofl. And we had to reschedule three times. But we made it finally in September :'D and my parents didn't attend, due to them just straight up cancelling our last scheduled wedding without even doing the courtesy of telling us - I found out from the venue. So they're out of my life forever which feels pretty amazing actually, a whole weight off my life~~
I've been seeing the politics in Poland, it's really shitty. Feels like there isn't really a good place for politics right now. Maybe New Zealand, but it could just be the media presenting it in a sunny light so far.
Also, we had cheesy pizza just last night too haha~ although it was vegan cheese because this year J suddenly became lactose intolerant for some reason.

Yeah, it sucks that it takes a while to kick in. My grandpa was bad with that. He'd take something, wait a minute then say "It's not working \>8U/"
You may be right. It's either that or this thing that sounds similar.
I always end up looking up the wrong one xD
When it happens now, it's not so scary. When it first happened, I had no idea what was going on and it scared me.

Hi grey! Glad to hear you ditched your parents and got married
I recently learned you can get temporarily lactose intolerant if you take a lot of ibuprofen. But, uh, most cheese doesn't have lactose in it lol. My bf is also lactose intolerant. Most cheeses that ripened a while have no lactose left, like cheddar I think. It usually says so on the back, at least in Germany.
Moi, thanks for the hug. Life's rough, but we'll get through it.
Pineapple pizza is the only pizza I'll willingly eat because at least it's not boring :U

We do get lacto-free cheese to eat at home too, but pizza places don't sell it on their pizzas lol. Actually pizza was how he first started to realise he was intolerant, because we tend to get them on special occasions and he was feeling really ill afterwards XD

Well, our government either thought no one would protest due to covid restrictions, or they knew protests would happen but on a smaller scale and perhaps they wanted to then blame the protesters for increase in numbers of infected people, who knows.
No remote education?!
How come? Our schools are remote except for grades 1-3 and kindergartens.

@Moi at least we can go straight-up vegan now. I actually prefer it because, since I'm vegetarian, a vegan choice means it will ABSOLUTELY for sure be okay for me to eat. You have to be careful sometimes even with the guidelines that we have in this country, which are pretty clear for food regulations. For example, there's a Thai restaurant in a nearby town which listed a dish as vegetarian and it had fish sauce. So at least with vegan there's no confusion about whether fish is vegetarian or not.

That reminds me - I had an argument with someone over whether fish is considered meat or not .__.
