that's syringing the ears and the liquid would probably be drops to dissolve the wax, helping it break down.

you know quick way to get wax build up would be the sniffles, blowing your nose that much and sneezing.

though I'm not sure that's true.

My doctor told me to put a drop of olive oil in my ear and that'll dissolve the ear wax.

Though I do twist tissues into points and put that in my ear. Not to get wax out, but to get some water out after taking a shower. If I don't, I usually end up with an ear infection.

I do tissues on the outer bit to also get water out and whatever bit of wax that's on the outside (if I don't I found sometimes my earbuds for music get wax on them... which I don't like)
