@Nan: Ohhh... yes I usually just call them blocks.
We had a little snow.
OMG! I had Japanese cuisine from Hy vee (where my dad works) and it was/is so good. I say is because there's still more left. He gave me a lot and I was even able to give my daughter some. And it was much better than at a restaurant's. I'm so full I wanna crawl into bed and sleep. Hmm....so good...I thought it was Chinese, but according to my dad; Pei Pei (sp?), who does the cooking, says it's Japanese so I'm not going argue. XD
I may never do anything but his Asian cuisine ever again. XD Oh! And it cost us under five dollars.

Dad couldn't remember the names. But there was a sweet chicken with sesame seeds, a light type of chicken with rice, beef, broccoli and I think water chestnuts, two eggrolls and a crab ragoo. He was going to give me something made with coconut milk, but it wasn't ready so next time.
Sooo...good. I finished it for lunch.
