I've done it just the usual way: Outlines --> Colored and then used the marker for the structures --> Just added some effects like Luminosity/Addition, Screen, Overlay and Multiply for the needed areas and Voilà OwO'
It's harder to describe than to show q~q'

I never did a livestream before and I'm pretty sure that I won't make any xD
