Wow, that is a lot of places to apply to. My sister works as a bartender/hostess/waitress and I've heard some pretty interesting stories from her. There is this one woman that insists on bringing her tiny little toy breed dog everywhere with her, including to go eat. She claimed it was a therapy dog, and had a note from a therapist (that could not prescribe medicine) saying she recommend the woman have a therapy dog. It was not a not saying she was allowed to have a service dog, it just said it might be recommended. And all it really was, was that she didn't like leaving the dog alone. Kind of annoying, but without an actual doctors note that says "this person needs this dog" it's just people trying to get around the system.
