I like to make a big pot of it, and the first day I have it hot, in a bowl, with whatever fixings/toppings.
Then I take the extra and grease a water glass and put the extra into the water-glass, cover it, and into the fridge (I

having a fridge!!!) -and you can do multiple at once, if you want
And then later, for lunch or maybe the next day for breakfast, it's solidified more and thickened up more. So you slide it out of the glass (sometimes I have to run a skewer around the edges to loosen it), and it holds its shape, and I just stick it on its side and slice it into circles/patties, and fry them.
It's really good!
