There is Woodstock in Oxford, few Woodstock in Canada and shitload of Woodtsocks in US 
And the original festival was held in US, Bethel near New York. Though comparing to what Wikipedia says about it it's much more safe on our version of the festival. I mean there is hospital there and a brigade of firefighters. And during 20 years of it going I think there was only one person that died. It was a guy that got heatstroke after falling asleep completely drunk in his tent on a full sun. And it was like 40 C degrees in shadow.

Oh really? You have mudpeople? And open air showers? This are the best, especially when guys come with their towels and boots only. And I mean ONLY.

Yes, England has loads of music festivals in the summer. Glastonbury is the biggest and craziest. Just look it up, it's insane. There's also reading festival, and many more that are geared towards one genre or another.

Oh, it's free? That's really fantastic. I wish we had free ones... but I suppose they would be overrun.
