I've always picked up one of every knuffel since I joined. And a few expired here and there. But I only recently started getting doubles, with the thought of selling them or dropping them in the future.

I just donated because I've been happy with the event and all that's been going on here.

Yay! I wish I had money to donate. Being an adult is expensive.

I am an adult and I know how you feel. I wish I could send more to people who deserve it.

Its so weird because we moved to a different state that supposedly had a lower cost of living and that was a big lie. Housing prices are lower here which is nice, but food costs are so much higher.

Yeah, I hear it's that way sometimes. My old boss moved to CA and everything was higher from where we live. His wife said she got the first house payment and it freaked her out but reminded her self her husband is making more.

In our small town we had an apartment with beach access and when we moved to a city area (even in a questionable area.) our rent was way more than our old place WITH BEACH ACCESS! It really annoyed me. I won't get into how much I hated that place. :mcheh:

Well, here, everything is high because many jobs pay minimum wage or close to it....or are only part time.

(Which is why I'm against the government raising minimum wage-it won't help the people who are making it, the price of living will go up. Now, I'm for incentives for paying employees more, like tax write-offs if less of your employees are full time and not on governmental assistance.)

Don't forget that the current Water boy is going to leave at the end of October, which is WEDNESDAY! So if you wait until just before they expire....

go get him quick!

AlkseeyaKC, it's always such a pleasure to hear that someone is doing well enough they can donate :qh: Did you know what you were going to spend the :fc: on before you donated?

Akili - I have no idea what I'm going to spend the FC on. I already had some FC from selling a rare item on the market. I'm sure Firn will put out something awesome later. I just wanted to show a bit of support. It was just a $5 donation.

I used to live in Massachusetts and the housing there is ridiculous. I studio apartment not even near the city can go for 1,200 a month easily. If you live near a city, good luck. The gas and food were cheep though because we were close to Boston which is a big port city. Now i’m more inland and housing is cheeper but food prices are ridiculous and no one has gas for under 3.10 per gallon.
