Ah, well, it helps if you watch something like Netflix or listen to something while you do it. I either listen to online sermons or watch Netflix whenever I'm grinding. It just makes things go by faster.

Yeah that's true--and a big relief! XD Just one of them I promised the babies to a friend and I hate to keep her waiting.
Ahh that's a good idea. owo I usually watch something in the evening, I should borrow my mom's laptop and do that.
I think I recognized them. xDD I loved the shadow one and of course your previous avi. I've liked that one for a long time. x)

Yeah, but slavery hasn't been that focused on yet. Like I can deal with maybe 2-3x the level in CoK but after that idk. GoT is waaay out of my comfort range! Like wow, it's an airplane flying over my house.
And hm I guess, but when I say sexism upsets me, I mean like sexism that characters themselves face, and there hasn't been much of that. Sorry, I wasn't clear. |D
(It's just that too much unfairness is depressing)

@Lacri: Nice! One of my nests will need to be hatched when it's ready as well; someone contacted me about using one of my dergs as a stud, so I had her send her dragon over so I could nest them. The people on FR and pretty friendly. XD
My screen's pretty wide, so there's enough room for two windows to be open. The problem is, my comp often goes bluescreen when too many things are going on.
Aha, I be the clutter gave it away, huh? Yeah, I made the shadow first, and then I figured that I may as well make an alternate version. Thanks! It's definitely one of my best ones. X3
@Sunshine: Hey there, come on in! If you have any questions, we can always try to answer them for you. I know KofK has a ton of things to do, and a ton of things to read, aha.
@Errisa: So you have, aha. Vegas was a good trip; we stayed at the Hilton vacation hotel, which was incredibly nice, but on the downside, they didn't take cash [so strange, but apparently it has to do with being a vacation hotel]. Instead, they said we could use our keycard and they'd charge the room, but since my mom's friend is the one who booked it, I didn't want to do that.
I also went swimming for two hours [+best], and some of the young ones went to Circus Circus, while the adults talked about God and family life. I mostly just read my book, pfft.
I also watched "Book of Life" [they had free movie rentals], which was a huge disappointment. Visually, it was appealing, but as a feminist, I find it to be insulting. You could make a drinking game out of every time the female character was complimented on her appearances. *facepalm*
Good grief, that emote looks freaky...
@Saloiq: *high-fives* I've liked Sophos since the first book, but he's really grown by the fourth one. I also like Gen and Eddis. :D
Ah, yeah, I get you. I've read a few slavery fiction before [not really looking for them, but if they're in the book I'm reading, then they're in the book I'm reading]. It can get bad pretty fast. Kinda awful when you think about how there used to be legal slavery in the states. Geez.
Yeeeah... I read about three or four GoT books, and I had to quit. I couldn't even stomach the first episode of the movie. I couldn't take all the immoral intensity, but I've gotta say that the guy knows how to write a story and make interesting characters. After a point, I stayed on it for Aria, but I couldn't keep going without getting depressed over how dark it was, so I had to let it go.
Um, could you clarify on the sexism by giving me examples? Because I think I get what you're saying, but I'm also uncertain if I've got it right.
Aha, I had to keep that list so that I don't keep buying doubles... I pretty much make lists of everything. *facepalm* If you ask me for my favorite among favorites, I can rec you something. If you've read anything on my list, we can talk about it. :D Well, if I've already read it, that is.
