For me CC is either command control or custom content

it is unfortunate.

i played morrowind on the PC and was able to get out of all sorts of situations.. then i played oblivion on the xbox and hoo-wee. had to make sure i saved every time i did /anything/ in case of bugs. and there were many bugs.

there are mods now available on the ps4... but tbh i don't know how i feel about it, because when they bug out, what then?

I don't use mods much even in sims 4

i didn't til i got skyrim for cheap on steam

at one point i had 90 mods installed
