I know what you mean, I've had sweet sausage before but it is kind of a rarity around here. Though sausage and rice sounds goood. I looooove rice! I want to make hamburg steak for dinner tonight/later~ I love Japanese cuisine, well, Asian in general. I also like spicy. I recently discovered Sambal and I put it on like everything! It clears my sinuses and makes my nose run, it's so good~

Haha, I like Asian cuisine too. Mostly because I'm Asian and haven't tried European stuff lately. Japanese stuff and Indian stuff are pretty good.

Will be feeding my knuffels, so replies will be slow. XD

I have a strong German background, so I am fairly familiar with that cuisine... and I also have a strong Guatemalan background, so I am familiar with Latino/Hispanic cuisine... though Asian has to be my favorite. Such a wonderful use of colors and flavors~ They understand Umami very well~

I haven't had a whole lot of Indian food, but I do like some curry~

But... I'm Steven... and I'm not old... and I am not a picky eater... how picky are you? Why don't like like Asian food? It's so delicious! I should totally make you some udon and gyouza! I haven't met anyone that doesn't like those!

And if Celeste is off feeding knuffels and you are going to go to bed so you don't gorge yourself... I suppose I shall go to bed too~

I'm 27... I thought you already asked that... and aren't you a few years younger than I? How old are you then, man?

Oh really? Awesome, how long and where? I lived in Guatemala for about 6 months, helped my Uncle teach English at his school~ My Spanish is terrible... I can understand a fair bit of Spanish but I think in Japanese.

I don't like most noodles, but I love udon! They are nice and thick and slightly chewy and they absorb the flavored broth nicely~

Oh, I've been to Panama and Nicaragua, too. While staying in Guatemala, my cousin and I went on a road trip to visit some of her friends in Bogota, Columbia, so we hit all the countries between Guatemala and Columbia~ I kind of want to go back, my dad is going down in October... but I don't have the money to spare to join him. I'd love to go to Tikal again~

As far as languages from most to least it would be English, Spanish, Japanese, German, French, Italian, Russian, and Korean~ the last two being merely a few phrases~ I probably know enough Japanese-French to get around for a bit but not carry on a conversation, although I can't read Japanese...

Hmm, I would have to make you tamale colorado~ those are the best things ever! If you didn't like those, then there is no hope~

I didn't really stop... my cousin was driving and she wanted to hurry up and get to Columbia~ But I enjoyed the scenery~

Ahaha, that's okay. I am getting distracted. I found language stuff on my computer to help learn Kanji and Japanese... so I am looking through it. I should get up and go, though~

You've had tamales? Probably around Christmas~ Guatemalan Christmas tamales are called tamale colorado because they have a red tomato based sauce. I shall certainly try to make some, I haven't before but I have a recipe for it~
