Yeah, and I love that it makes you focus on something easy and relaxing before bed rather than a screen so I find that I sleep a bit easier

but I try to go to bed a bit earlier anyway so it doesn't really feel like i'm staying up too late

I managed to finish a book for the first time in a few weeks. I started commuting more again this week so lots of train reading XD
