Oh, I see! That's understandable. Perhaps if you increased the payout of FP or perhaps implemented an item or form of currency that randomly appears when you make a post?
Of course, I understand there's a lot of work involved with this sort of thing, so these are just suggestions.

excuse me if this has been suggested already, but i'd like to see a search function for the main shops. sometimes i can't remember which shop i bought something from when i'm looking for a new color.
also increasing the FP payout might encourage people to post. i usually get 5-8 points which is pretty measly. maybe a minimum of 8 and up to 13 would be better? since you can buy everything straight from the main shops, i doubt it would affect inflation all that much.
e: oh, also. would it at all be possible to have custom clothes made by users? other sites do this and they have very stringent quality control rules to make sure items match the site. i have no idea if this has ever been suggested/shot down but it would be a really neat feature imo.

also, you get 5-10 in forms like the hangout, and less in others, eg. 1-4 in spam. Giving more food per post is more inflation and less activity.
And I believe there have been item contests and user-made items on this site. But because of the layering, having users make clothes the whole time round might not be possible. I dunno, we already have custom knuffel, which is awesome. But I think the clothes should more or less have the same general style. Which is probably why Firn also draws the wild knuffel items herself instead of letting the creators draw them.

I think Firn once complained that users want to help her all the time but when she explains how the items must be made, the users lose their will to help. Also the Midnight Rose set was made by a user but, again, it doesn't match the site and Firn said it took like half a year to be made or something... I could be getting some of this wrong.

Is there any way to make the wardrobe load a certain amount of items per page?
Maybe like how the knuffel were made with like 10 per page or more, depending on how the user wants it.
Because I have so much stuff, it freezes my browser every time I go to change clothes.
And it really makes me not want to change my avatar anymore because it's such a pain in the ass to have your whole browser freeze up and possibly crash just because you wanted to change your avatar or look at your materials.
It takes me 5 minutes just to see what materials I have because the whole thing freezes.
And it slows down my browser when I'm trying to do other things while dressing my avatar.
This is the only part of the site that lags the fuck out of my browser, aside from the knuffel, which was fixed.
It's very discouraging.
And don't tell me to use a different browser because I have tried Chrome and it freezes worse than Firefox.

I have one small suggestion regarding the new market system which hopefully is not too complicated and brings a little improvement.
I would love if the selling confirmation would be loaded in the same place where the menu for prices appear (seems to be named 'market_sell') insted of the main market section, so the whole selling page does not have to load again and again.
This way, if I am selling the Xiong set I would be able look up "Xiong" and select one item, sell it, select another one and go one withouth searching the same text each time.
The trading system already works like that and I think it's so very neat.

I just joined today.
It would be great if you'd give the newbies a starter 2500 food points so they can buy their first Knuffel and actually get started in the game. I mean, I'm new. I don't know how to get money here, other than "digging." It just makes it easier and more enjoyable to play if you can actually start to play with the Knuffel that this site is centered around right away. Any other adoptable site I've been to either starts you off with a default pet or starts you off with the money to buy one.
