it's got problems connecting to the monitor. sometimes I'm afraid it just won't turn on at all. the connection is on order so it must be something inside. though it has already written that it's low on memory so I won't be surprised if the problem has nothing to do with video stuff at all

yea it's the computer, it has the same problem with another monitor. honestly I don't know. depending on the diagnostics results, it may appear easier to get a new computer

Yeah, I know what you mean. I worry about my own comp sometimes, because it likes to hiccup, and then blue-screen seppuku because it can't handle all the programs on it [regardless of whether I have a lot of things up or not].
