I'm sure if you wanted, you can ask the mods/admin to unlock your thread. One of my mule's email became outdated and Firn and Griim helped me with that. :)

I haven't really noticed, but then again, I don't really look at avatars. *facepalm* That must've been a lot of work for Firn.

Of course; I remember that happened all the time for every change and adjustment to this site. People feel safe behind the screen, and there's a lack of sensitivity on the net.
I was admittedly disappointed at some of the early changes myself, but I got over it. It's Firn's site, she should be able to do as she thinks is best.

It makes sense though; everyone has different tastes. That's what I like about the avatar contest too --that you get to see everyone's different styles. That's the only time I really look at avatars --that, and during the Avatar thread games. Otherwise I pay zero attention. *facepalm*
