I end up deleting them because they are so old I don't know what Item it's missing and it doesn't look good.

Does Firn's remakes of older items affect you much with those? (I used to have a LOT with the old flowery meadow background and the old rainbow meadow background and the old Swiss Village background, but haven't been able to use any of them in any avatar since the remake. It makes me so sad)

This, so much this.... :( I mean, the new versions don't look bad by themselves, but the old ones had such nice athmospheres and were so versatile, especially because they were not quite using the same colour scheme as the avi. It was easy to make things stand out! I'm most sad about the rainbow one, it used to have such a nice warm afternoon glow...

Yeah, and I also liked the open edges. Now they fill out the whole square and it just is NOT the same look; we don't have any with uneven edging any longer like they used to give.

Wait, isn't the flowery meadow still uneven?

On a more positive note, I just managed to get me the wanted vests and when I was in the caravan I noticed that the zoey wings work lovely together with the lost wings! *happy dance*

A little bit, but not to the same extent. There used to be a lot more open space around the edges than currently.


I also liked how CHEERFUL they were; the colors have been toned down and I don't know what to do with them. The funny part is, I do like the new ones. I just don't know how to use them because I keep thinking of them as though they were the old ones, and they're really not.

Ah, that may be. I don't remember exactly what the edges were like, just that they were different.

Yeah, I agree on the cheerful! They were warm and happy somehow, the new ones are pretty but very much different in athmosphere.

Ah, you guys are talking about the flowery meadow. It doesn't have a rainbow in it. The other one kind of looks similar but goes all the way to the edges and it's always been that way, I can see how they can get confused.

I have some Items what I had to get rid of because I didn't like the change. The one that sticks out to me was the Halloween '10 Werewolf Eyes. the art was changed they just look odd, but they use to look really cool. I also wish the Nosferatu Sword was revamped after we got the Cool Gray color. I would have used it more with the more with that gray then what it has now. It's such a cool sword too. I still have that one.
