New feature is awesome!
From what I understand though, I cannot add items from the common shops to my wishlist unless I currently have enough fp to buy them.

Well, let's try to make an unbiased review.
This new feature is a great improvement. It will make things easier for a lot of people, specially since we can add any kind of items (shop items and limited time ones).
I would love to suggest adding a link to the shop page where shop items are listed.
A link like that under the avatar preview when the we click on the wishlist item to see the details would be just awesome.

For those of you having trouble adding items to your wishlist due to having insufficient funds: until Starkad fixes the code, there's a work-around. Go to the Wishlist page and search for the item you're trying to add. Click on the add button next to the item link. It'll add the item whether you have enough funds or not.

Still! Even with out the wish list useffel has other things I still use a ton!
I use it to get item images, search for prices, find what new items I can try on if they arent on the dream ava yet...etc. So its not all for nothing! We love your stuff :]

Sorry for the delay in fixing this bug - adding items directly from the shops even if you do not have enough food to buy them should be possible now. Please report if you encounter any more errors.

There's a few items missing too, up 'til now I've been missing the Leaf Fairy Wings and -Ears and the new Majolica colors... I don't know if it's been reported yet, but I thought it could be useful :)
I'd like to add them if you don't mind. 8D

Do you mean in the Wishlist Organizer? All the items you named are there. I double-ckeched for possible glitches, but they show up just fine.
All items existing on kOfK can be found there, we didn't leave any out.
