You can change your skin in Rikashitsu... on the last page of Permanent Changes there's a skin you can get in multiple colors.

As for the emails, I guess it's in your Account Settings somewhere? (under My Account at the top). I don't get emails from this site ever so it must be possible to turn them off, heh.
