Yeah!! Dark strawberry blonde is a pretty good description. We have a lot of redheads in my family. It's kinda weird. The shades go from a rich, deep red (my cousin) to a pale sandy red (my little brother).

I'm soooooo jealous about your Lapras! I don't have one yet.

My family is mostly browns and dark blonds. Though there is an albino in our family and she has bleach blond hair without the bleach. lol. Her son has red hair.

You could do a not as long dye. They have less permanent versions of hair dye.

They have the kind that lasts for a week or two and then they have kind you can just spray on. That doesn't look great, but it could give you a clue how it looks.
