I made some bomb-ass fire chicken burritos.
I added dried chilis, cayenne, chili powder, AND ghost pepper sauce to the gallo pinto, pico de gallo, AND the chicken, so it is GLORIOUSLY spicy.
Add a little cheddar and guac for that added creaminess, and you've got yourself a pretty damn good burrito.
So glad I have leftovers!

Hotarla, is rice for breakfast really that strange? One of my favorite breakfasts is a bowl of rice topped with a friend egg and some sort of sauteed green veggies, drizzled with a little soy sauce and a quick garlic, ginger, green onion, chili oil that I whip up in whatever pan I used to make the veggies.
Throw in a tiny bowl of instant miso soup, and I'm on cloud nine!
Hearty, filling, good source of short and long term energy, well-balanced, and delicious. Always feels like I'm starting my day right, and leaves me full for hours.
