One whole day without a connection

I don't know if it's nice... It's the first time I've exercised since about a month. I'm pmsing... I've heard it's good for pms to exercise it away, but also I'll probably have a break during my period, and then starting the exercises again won't be fun. I guess I should try working out some other body parts than my fat tum-tum during the flow That's the plan at least

We went on a weekend trip with my bf and that beach there is far away from civilization so no signal there.
