normally their story quests help.
you can just find them if you go to your quests and click story quests.

you get keys after completing commissions and get to know the characters better.

I just keep one account as i do not feel the need for more than 1 account.
and it's just too much work
to get the characters like Xiao on all accounts.

It should be in the corner at the bottom left i believe.
it only started not super recently.
i forget if it's AR locked or not.

since genshin requires so much strategy and building of characters
i just think one is fine.
i do wish you could get both sibling travelers as I think Aether's design is great.
but i am fine with just having one account.

that may be why then.
but no idea if it's rank locked.

i dont make it a goal i just happen to use
the characters a lot that get maxed

Beidou and Yanfei are my highest as well as Noelle.
As i never take them out of my team lol.
Beidou is my Main DPS and Yanfei my sub DPS.
tho now I'm getting Xiao to be my main DPS because he has the perfect
crit rate to crit dmg ratio. at least perfect for me cause all of my characters suck
with artifacts.

It might be because sometimes you have to complete certain quests.
If your archon quests are not complete you will have to do those first.
