I'm not really sure were I'm supose to ask this, but could someone help me with the space between the knuffel and the margins? I want to make a hat and I'm not sure if I left enough space on the top (to be honest, I never understood how much space there should be)

This is a rought sheet of how it looks (at least how it looks right now): [x]. Please tell me if you can help or if I should post somewhere else(and where would help a million). Thanks

Also, MellyM, your new base looks really cute!! Sorry I can't help you with your question, I'm kind of in a similar dilema :mcblush: . But I really hope it passes and that you'll be able to make cute wild knuffels with it :mccute:

Just looking at them without comparing it to the guidelines, They should both be fine as long as the BASE fit into the space allotted for the base and occupies the majority of it. The accessories such as hats and hair can approach the edge quite a bit, but you cannot move the base down or shrink it in order to fit the hat. I learnt that the hard way with my SaekSi.

Zia: Thank you Zia, I hope you are right. I really hope I don't have to modify it, cuz I want to keep it like in the image, but if I lower the hat it will start to look weird

MellyM: Thank you, although the imagine I posted is one of the first stages of the knuffel (I'm thinking maybe stage 3 or 2 ). I want to make something inspired from Alice in Wonderland, but I don't know... been having a lot of problems with the colors...
hopefully it will turn out really good in the end and people will love it :)

You should still try overlapping your BASE with this picture Firn provided, just in case. The BASE, without the hat, has to occupy the shaded in part. If making the BASE fit into the middle rectangle makes the hat too big for the allotted size, then you should probably think about moving it down or making it smaller... Or perhaps giving it to your Knuffel to hold, instead.

I'll do that later.. Right now I'm kind of close to finishing it and I have enough layers as it is and my laptop is working slow because of it, to add another one just to check. I made the eyes though and saw that I still have a little room to lower the hat if necessary.
Thank you a lot Zia. You've really been helpful. I can't wait to get her done and hopefully you'll like it :)

Yay, my queen of diamonds passed :D
decided to remake the original idea and here is what I comed up with: [click]
Hope you guys like it :)

EDIT: I see that the all together pic is smaller, so here are the individual stages:

I wish wild knuffels could be used for digging too. But I'm definitely saving up for the Queen of Diamonds!
