I was just thinking about a normal santa outfit, but it could be a sexy one!! XD
I am just trying to image it now; I bikini style red top, with fur on the edges and pom poms dangling down!
And yeah, now you mention it I do now wonder what style the hair would be

Eh, I wear long sleeves in anything under 85 degrees fahrenheit... and don't really feel "hot" until the upper 90's.
Cold is relative.
I'm just glad to live somewhere, where it doesn't freeze that often in winter! Of course, it doesn't actually get that hot in summer, either, here. Which is sad.
I miss ice-cream weather!
