Not to mention when people get caught, they act like they're sorry.
Is it that they are sorry or sorry because they were caught?
The scary thing is that people can fake things really easily.
You want to do less time? Pretend to be an angel. Fool people into believing you're a different person.
>< I'm sorry the anxiety always comes in to ruin stuff.
Mine just loves doing that any time I feel happy or hopeful.
No one likes you, Anxiety just go away Bu

@Moi: That is scary. You can never be sure whether someone is being genuine or not.
Yup, anxiety is a bitch. The worst part is you can be fully aware it's telling you bullshit, but you still can't shake it

Yeah, sometimes I can't tell if I should trust my anxiety or not.
Everyone has anxiety, but not everyone has an anxiety disorder.
Anxiety has a good reason to exist but when you have an anxiety disorder is it being helpful or is it making you overreact 8u
A Psychopath is usually highly intelligent and are good at manipulation.
They'll make you feel what they want you to feel.
So any time a serial killer acts like they're remorseful or are trying to change - I refuse to believe it xD

If it's a disorder, then I'd say it makes you overreact. Otherwise it wouldn't be called a disorder.
tbh I haven't yet heard about a serial killer that would act remorseful (or at least I can't remember). They usually are very proud of their "work".
But I'm not that much into true crime, I prefer the paranormal chills

Sort of because true crime is much scarier. It makes my anxiety go highwire and I'm paranoid for a few days or my mind is racing around the subject.

But see, that's the thing - when I'm anxious I sometimes don't know if I'm overreacting or not 8u
Like say if someone knocks on my door - is it okay to think they might try to kill me or not?
Because it's possible they could kill me so I shouldn't open the door.
I watch so much true crime stuff xD
And yeah, they're very self-centered people with huge egos and no remorse.
They're monsters Bu

Maybe cut back a bit on the true crime stuff... That might be feeding into the anxiety a bit. But remember, I'm not a professional, so take what I advise with a grain of salt and possibly a shot of tequila.

I am having the same question at the minute, Moi XD After getting diagnosed with OCD and going through CBT, my therapist would often say "some anxiety and avoidance behaviours are normal, but with OCD, it can go too far". Okay, well, how much is too far XD Surely it's all down to perspective XD

I don't think holding back on True Crime will help because it's already in my brain and has been for decades 8u
I feel it's made me more aware that evils exist in the world and to be careful.
Is pouring a salt circle around your house too far u8
