We shall see.
But one point is that the priests are actually virtuous. They wouldn't spy. They probably actually don't know about the underground city. The creator, on the other hand, it's a different issue, and he is the Temperiorum really.

So the creator can locate/see the bow and eventually send Priests to the underground city to get it?
