I don't need luck. I have a team of my favorites. Even if I lose, we're the cutest in my book.
But I haven't lost.

I usually have a pretty well-rounded team. I'm forever trying to cover all the bases with only 6 Pokemon.

FUNNY THING. I was attempting to catch the UB Guzzlord two days ago and I totally failedd, not only did I make it faint, I used several beast balls and STILL didn't catch it. I tried again yesterday and BAM first beast ball I threw and I caught it...:/ like GIVE ME BACKK ALL THAT TIME AND WASTED ENERGY FROM MY FIRST ATTEMPT.

Same here ! Plus, I try to have only new gen pokemon in my team (at least until I beat the league) as I don't see the point in changing game to always keep the same pokemons ^^

Surprisingly I really like Vikavolt, and I'm very disappointed by the massive weakness of my previous favourite :( (salandit/salazzle, I spent 2h searching for a female to evolve it and she's useless !)

Edit: I'm curious, if you're not playing in english, are the name of the pokemons translated in your own language too ? We have french pokemon names but I don't recall seeing names in other languages Oo

Yes, I'm playing in German and we have different names. Makes sense in a way, the names often give you a hint at the type, so it would be harder if you didn't know the language they were named in.

Well I think if you play in another language, if the Pokémon evolves, I assume it will change into whatever name your language is. So if I get a Pokémon with a Japanese name and it evolves, it turns into the English version name of the Pokémon. That's what happened to my shiny Rowlet lol. When it evolved, I got the English name of the evolution. Such a shame though lol, I'm not a huge fan of some of the names of these new Pokémon lol.

Yeah, I'm trying to use all Alola Pokemon. My 1 exception is the Greninja that I transferred from the demo. I love my Alolan Raichu and my Alolan Ninetails.

The only Alolans I have in my party are my starter and my alolan raichu lols.
