Good to hear J's doing better Although migranes aren't fun :( And I think it's great he's not as stressed. It's probably a male thing, Ash always says he'd rather have his step-dad take care of him when he was sick as a kid than his own mom (even though he didn't like his step-dad at all), just because moms panic and dads are like "you'll be fine" I wonder if they only act like it and inside they're panicking just as much as mothers do

Migraines are usually on one side of the head, in rare cases on both. They can switch placement of the pain, too. People also get nauseous during migraines. Some get an aura prior, I often have that, for example temporary vision anomalies. I once went blind in one eye for a good few minutes before the pain hit and I panicked so hard, Ash was ready to call an ambulance
There's also something like cluster headaches, but they aren't as prevalent I think, and one can last for months.

@Moi: But do you take any medication for your anxiety then? It sounds pretty serious

I sometimes have migraines when I'm not sure what hurts, my teeth/jaw/eye or head. But it's usually the head just going off in all possible directions. So maybe those pains were migraines.

Oh, yeah, they probably do process new learned stuff during sleeping. Makes sense, I think people generally do that, they either process new stuff or difficult stuff like emotions, stress, etc. Toomany times in my life I've been learning things like for a test or at a new job andI'd be dreaming about those things. Like, brain-dude, let me get some rest from that shit XD
Do you mean that B got very excited or overstimulated? How do you recognize that?

Oh, yes, I forgot about the photophobia in migraines! I guess I haven't had those in a while. I try to recognize when a migraine might be coming on and I take a painkiller to avoid it.
