That sometimes works better for me than talking to someone but then again we are all different.

@Haze: Bf is usually the one to take a walk to cool off (which he did). I'm the one who stays home crying and calling bff/mom But this time I didn't want to interrupt my bff with anything, my mom didn't pick up and I just did some housework before exercising.
