I refuse to wear heels unless absolutely necessary, mostly because I'm tall already, I don't want to tower over people.
My coworker from the bank used to tell me they had to really dress up when she first started there. Heels and dresses. I would not be able to survive because I don't like heels, and I'm not a fan of dresses either.

I like to wear heels for fun sometimes, but I wouldn't be too happy if I was forced to wear them everyday because of some dresscode.
I mostly wear them when I know I won't have to walk around too much, like when we go out for dinner or something so it's mostly sitting but I can dress up and wear the pretty shoes :)

Your lucky Rubie. I'm short and my legs are shorter than they should be for my proportions. So I should be wearing them on a regular basics. But I walk a lor everyday. It's really hard to stand them when walking 30 min strate. But I guess I can start with smaller ones and advance from there

I actually like small heels for walking, like 2-3 cm high ones. I find that often more comfortable than for example super flat ballerinas.

I'm really short too. That's why I'm starting to wear them more when possible lol.
After using the tips I was able to wear them for a full day when I was walking around, sitting for a bit inbetween, then walking and standing around again. And then this weekend I even wore my heeled boots to walk/take the bus/take the tube/take the train (haha so many stages) to get home, when normally I would have switched to flats. So it definitely works.

The only time I wore them a lot was by mistake of me forgetting to pack my flats for a convention that you had to wear black dress shoes. It was 3 days of pain. I only meant to bring them as back up (and my mother made me pack them too, as I was in high school and she still had say over things like this). I felt like a giant too.

Another remark on the heels:
I also feel it makes a big difference whether they're thin heels, like stilettos or something vs having some more chunky heels, since you do tend to stand a bit more securely on them and your feet have a little less work of balancing.
I'm at 48/225 donuts right now, I feel like I'm making ok progress today.

I think the double flower points is helping a lot, but also having more free time this weekend is helping. I'm 100 shy for the next candy caravan item I'm going for.
