@Spica - lol, right? I have failed many a pinterest attempt but it's taught me to have a more cynical eye when picking things on there. Like, I tried to make bunny rolls? Super simple, right? Just snip the corners and use toothpicks to make little eyes? Yeah, no. These people make these things and they lie, they just lie, lol. Or get real lucky, once and never again! Lol!

I've seen a few things on like tumblr about pinterest fails, but I don't actually have a pinterest soooo, hahah.
I'm amazed it lived this long tho wow. Let me know how tasty it was once you guys dig in. *_* I'm curious. I've been craving peanut butter lately and that looked like a peanut butter cake or something. tell me tell me lol
I made lentil soup today. I wanted to make a huge pot so I can eat it for lunch this week instead of the more unhealthy things I end up eating. >////>
I'm mad I forgot to get mushrooms tho. I love mushrooms. ;_;

Raine. Pinterest will eat your life if you're not careful. Be careful. Also? The cake? .....it was so good but soo sosososos rich like you could have two bites and that was enough. Mostly tho I think the frosting would have been better if I had an electric mixer, it would have made it fluffier and lighter, yanno? The flavor tho...super yummy. The frosting is cream cheese, peanut butter, butter, vanilla, powdered sugar and a little little bit of heavy cream.
The ganache and reeses and peanuts on top didn't help, at all..lol :p
I made sure to send lots home with people so I didn't have it in my refrigerator.
I love lentil soup :] I do that too! Make lots once and then eat it all week. Alan loves mushrooms too but I don't really care for them. I'll eat them in things but I don't like them uncooked or by themselves.

Aww D: maybe not for me then. I don't handle rich things very well. But I think I've seen a similar frosting on tv so maybe I'll try just the frosting and then like an easy chocolate box cake or something.
I love cream cheese in frosting tho. I think most frostings are too sweet for me so I usually just make very lightly sweetened whipped cream to top cakes. XD
Right, me too. I have to be careful with it tho cause my dad will eat some and then complain to me that he's farting too much. >////> I'm just like thanks dad, tmi.
I loooove mushrooms. But kyle doesn't like them. So I go nuts every time I make something he doesn't like and put tons of mushrooms in it. lol. or sometimes I'll saute some and leave them out and just put them on top of my plate (and leave the rest out for people to have some if they want).
This lentil soup tho is the first thing I've made for dinner that is both vegetarian and healthy that almost everyone ate without complaints. @_@ the only other meatless thing I can slip by is manicotti which is like 90% cheese lol.
It's a struggle to put as many veggies as I can fit into dinners for these boys.

I don't have a Pinterest, but I fail at things anyways. I'm not a very talented cook, and I've had a lot of problems in the kitchen... weeps.

I've had a lot of problems in the kitchen. Even now when I try something new I usually mess something up, haha. I think like everything else it's just practice. ^^
But I love to cook. *_* and bake <33
I can't today tho cause... I live with like 5 men and they're so friggen messy and the kitchen is disgusting today cause they're too lazy to do dishes so they just leave them on the counters. ;__;

But I tend to like pretty much anything where you can make something. I think that's why I also like to draw, haha.
Plus chopping veggies is calming for me =u=
I like making soup the best tho cause it's a lot of chopping and then I just have to walk away and wait once it's in the pot.
I think the people here might be getting sick of soup LOL
