A material trading thread must be hard to manage indeed.
I haven't needed to trade materials in a long time too.
On another hand, I hadn't been keeping a close watch to my donut count ever since the caravan started and I blowed everything on the hair but it suddenly went pretty high and I had no idea I posted so much.

I don't do much in that thread. I'm just bad at updating the first page. I'm impressed with how many people gave it hearts though. It makes me feel loved and important.
I just got one of every color for the oldest item. I'm nowhere near getting enough to get one of everything for the next.

Updating materials must be hard. I dig everyday or nearly so updating everyday is definitely impossible.

I don't bother updating what I have. I just update what I need and through posting and trades we come up with an exchange. Its a lot easier that way, and I have a lot of material.
I'm only halfway on the item I'm working on now. I'm not too enthusiastic about it though. I usually just get all of the colors and sell off the ones I don't want.

I end up doing exactly the same. Especially when there are many colors, like the hair. It's just easier to buy everything.
Except it takes a LOT of posting. Especially for the hair.

Yeah I always have trouble on expensive items like hair. The last set of air I was only able to get 12 of them i think.

I don't know how but I managed the hair.
Granted, right now I have everything. I didn't feel like I posted that much so it's kinda surprising to me.
At least, whatever happens this year I'm assured I'll be able to afford all the caravan items I want.
