Your weight can go up several pounds in a day just based on how much you've eaten/had to drink, clothes... etc. Time of day also matters. I think when i did it before I hadn't had anything to eat/drink, wasn't wearing much, etc. Oh, and when you are on your period and bloated your body is retaining more water weight than usual. You can lose five pounds in a sauna... around 20 pounds of your weight is water (in general). If you need to lose over this the first 20 don't mean much because of how much things can change up in just one day.
