I think if you don't make the pizza yourself then it's unhealthy. Every time I do home made pizza it seems fine (except the cheese). I top it with a lot of veggies c:

I haven't had steak in a while.

Yeah, you can make pizza healthier. Also if you got a gluten free vegan pizza that probably is healthy too. I don't know how good it'll taste though.

I've never made my own pizza either.

You should lay down and see if you can sleep. I like when I can just go to sleep. It's pretty annoying to just be laying there thinking about stuff.
