The issue is how do I get it legally xD
I have a feeling if I bring up wanting it to a doctor, it wouldn't work :\
No o_O
No one in my family I know has issues drinking alcohol >>
I told a doctor once and they were like "Huh. Interesting 8u"
No, when I was underage - I could drink alcohol u8
Only in recent years has it hurt me.

I have no idea

I don't even know how to get stuff illegally XD
Then maybe you have stomach ulcers or something? What kind of a doctor says it's interesting and then does nothing?

My ex-uncle and a friend of my mom's gets weed pretty often.
I'm sure I could ask them to get some for me 8u
I do have family history of bleed ulcers. My mom had them and she drank heavily and would get sick but I don't know exactly WHY 8u
Well, to be fair I told him I'm curious about it and he seemed like he'd be willing to try to run tests but never did xD

LOL 100% all the doctors. I'm really glad you seem to have had better experiences though, Mem.
I remember a couple of years back I went in to the clinic because I was getting agonizingly bad abdominal pain at random intervals. I stared the doctor in the face like "please understand, this is the worst pain I have EVER felt", and he was like "lol I dunno what you expect me to do about it". I had to like fight with him to get an ultrasound, and the whole time he was setting up the appointment he just whined that "they probably won't find anything anyway". Unreal.

That's so unprofessional :\
Reminds me of this one doctor we had.
I used to get horrible pain in my hip area randomly and it's gotten worse over the years.
I mentioned it to him and he said "That's just cramps - they can happen any time not just during your period."
I felt so offended by that.
He just brushed it off >_>
The pain isn't even cramp-y.
It's a completely different kind of pain.

Ahh shitty doctors... one of my favourite rant subjects XD
I had a pain in my wrists that wouldn't go away when I was 16, accompanied by a horrible clicking. Not like normal joint clicking - it hurt in a way that would make me feel sick when it happened. My joints would get really tight and then do this horrible painful click and then ache and ache afterwards.
I had one xray and a physical examination and the doctor called to tell me my results. He said, "Good news! There's nothing wrong with your wrists!"
I was like.... Okay so why do they click and hurt?
He said, oh, everyone's wrists click. Well, bye! And hung up the phone.
Cut forward literally 10 years and I was at the doctor again, a different one. I was listing off all the aches and pains and how I'm tired all the time. He sent me for two tests, a blood test and a scan on my spine (he apparently decided the pain was only in my spine because that's where I complained about it the most). The scan came back clear so he said, guess what! You're fine!
I actually was able to stand up for myself and get angry on this one. I said, well, I'm still in pain.
He said, well, there's nothing wrong with you according to these tests, so it's probably all in your head >:|
Of course, this was right before I found the doctor who did get me diagnosed with fibromyalgia.
But wait! there's more! A few years ago I was having really heavy, painful periods. They lasted for three weeks at a time and I would bleed through whatever I was wearing in an hour. I got to a point where it was better to just sit on the toilet for hours at a time to avoid the mess. I went to the gp and she said she thought she could see something unusual in my cervix, so I went for a biopsy. The dr who did that was really rude and dismissive to me (J was there and he said he honestly wanted to punch her on my behalf). When I got the results back, it said, you're fine! no cancer!
I was like...... okay but what's causing this then if it's not cancer
They were like, well, shrug, bye!
Still never got to the bottom of that. Then I got pregnant so I guess the issue fixed itself for nine months XD

I mean... I probably just successfully avoid doctors

And my memory is shit. And I may have had experiences on both sides of doctors' attitudes

Besides, I can't possibly believe all doctors don't care. It would ruin my brain XD

I'll tell doctors I'm in pain and want them to give me something and they basically tell me "You're fat just exercise!"
While I am fat and do need exercise - I'M IN PAIN.
I swear, when I tell people I'm in pain they just ignore it Bu
Some doctors are just shitty. That's usually why you should see different ones.
I remember this one doctor at the clinic was so fucking rude.
She called this man to come see her and he had his arm in a sling and she just let the door swing shut behind her.
He had to reach over and stop it with his arm that wasn't in the sling.
And my lucky ass got her as my doctor that day and she was just a bitch xD

Omg the "congrats your problem isn't real!"
I got that soooo many times when I being examined for chronic nerve pain. They were just like "whelp we ran one test and found nothing, so I think we're all done here". Then I'd insist and they'd be like "okay but can I interest you in 'the same test but we just do it a second time'."
