I thought that 5 FC= 1 item, 10 FC = 2 items, 15 FC = 3 items and 20 FC = 4 items. And this last case, 4 items plus GotQ.
I will see confirmation when next month 5 top posters would be rewarded with october GotQ (as you states Queen's Qing Hair (Midnight Blue))
