Hot days are harder for me to sleep in
Cuz I swear a lot so I get sticky and then I gotta move and then that gets hot and sticky..there's no end to it

I'm like Lianna. I get hot and sweaty easily and that just feels yuck. I like the cooler temps the best. Also, rainy days are the best for sleeping in!!

The best are the cool winter days where it's a bit chilly but you've got warm pjs, warm blankets, maybe a pet (preferably a purring cat here), and nothing to do but relax
Maybe a hot soup or drink too, if you're awake and not sleeping

Supposedly science has backed that up, but I can't confirm or deny that

I usually don't wear pj's in the winter, just a good set of covers (which are the same amount the whole year through).
In the summer I wear pj's because of the sweating. they can get soaked and my bed stays dry. :}

that's why I shower before bed, less likely to sweat through in my sleep

Deodorant on the right spots can also help. Personally I prefer to start my day fresh. :}

I'm refusing to turn on the heat in the house! It's supposed to warm up a bit next week, but in the meantime it's a bit chilly. *grabs a sweater and socks*
