The funny thing is that I stopped using yeast years ago because it took so long. And you literally do not need it for bread or pizza or cake. :/

We got new toilet paper a few days ago and customers reacted as if we carried gold

I dont need yeast either, but if I want to make cinnamon rolls by myself its necessary. ^^

Since I know how to do them. ^^
And since we had a time where we were low on money, I know lots of recipes without yeast, eggs or butter. ^^
Pancakes and bread with just milk and flour. And sugar.

I can normally go to work, while my husband watches our girl.
Although he is already out of nerves, but that is his problem, if he cannot go on the computer and play his stupid games, he is soon bored and pissed.

I am with you there. Mine is getting pissed because he can not smoke his "normal" amount of cigarettes due to our financial situation.
And not having gotten any payment from last month yet does not make our easter better

Sounds like it's tough during these times but you guys are still going! :) Speaking of pancakes, I recently bought a hotteok mix (sweet korean pancake) and can't wait to try it hehe

What is the difference to other pancakes?
Is it made with rice flour?
Or has it special seasonings? I never heard of somethingike this and I am curious.
