Well, yeah, if you'd be both dead and the dogs would be locked up with your bodies then maybe, probably, yeah... I dunno. Maybe it depends on a dog and its attachment to its owner, but I don't think they would for example attack the owner to eat them.
Unless the owner wasn't very good with them... It seems it all depends

I guess pets are more helpless because usually they are trapped in a back yard and cannot get out. Like I defiantly would risk it for my pet. I wouldn't forgive myself, like the rest of my family members all have arms and legs, they can take care of themselves.

Honestly I would save my pets over like 97% of my family. Most of them suck.

I should probably designate a bowl with a lid to save my fish if shit goes down.
