Well, I only know what I did wrong because they sent me some feedback. the only excuse for myself that I have is I was stressed out and just didn't notice stuff... which isn't good, I'm supposed to notice them. I try to think it's just a lesson for the future for me but man, do I feel stupid.

Mem, I miss/overlook stuff all the time. You're stressed and tired and sometimes you just don't react normally because of it. You're not stupid so don't feel like you are :\

I've known people who hold a pen like that, so I guess it's just the more unusual way :D
Yeah, but when you're a proofreader you're supposed to notice all the things the author overlooked... and I overlooked many
I'll try better next time
the worst part is I took a break from that test to take a look at it with fresh eyes the next day and I still overlooked things... I hope there is a next time for me to repent my proofreading sins

to be honest, i don't think theres a "right or wrong" way to hold something. xD it depends on personal preference and whatnot. xD;; so its fine. hold your pens (or chopsticks, you wouldn't believe how my mom sometimes scolds us about our chopstick etiquette) however you like. xD

I still don't think you should be hard on yourself.
Sometimes you just need some rest.
I remember someone telling me that if I keep working on one piece of art, I'm most likely going to miss mistakes.
So I need to take a break and come back u8
Well, it's never hindered me in any way.
I just know people say I'm holding the pen/pencil wrong.
It also gave me a permanent knot on my finger that hurts if I don't wear something to cover it u8;

i've been squinting at my screen for waaaaaaay too long.....8U trying to create a new avatar. and failing. im tired now. XD and i'm still not satisfied with it so i'm not wearing it..........8U

yeah that's like how some people work out and force calluses to form on their hands. 8U
yeah. i always take HOURS to do it. which is why i change so infrequently. xD;;
