no, you can't do that right away. if you do that, they'll just die. 8U so you have to start them out in water before you can even start planting them.

lol probably. a rarity.

Makes you wonder what we need all this sleep for, if we just wake up tired anyway >:U

What the heck, evolution?

I wish there was a way to just sleep and wake up feeling refreshed. But you wake up and you feel just as tired as when you went to sleep…8U

Apparently, before the invention of electric lights everyone would go to sleep early, get up in the middle of the night for a bit, then go back to sleep. It's a more natural rhythm. That would go some way to explaining why we're not getting good rest: we don't follow our circadian rhythms anymore, because we control light and can stay up whenever we like.

Hm maybe. Or maybe we say we get rest but we really don’t and we’re all just trying to fool ourselves. XD;;

Hmm, makes me want to try out that rythm now, lol. Or just, you know, naps :mclaugh: I would love a nap now but it's already 8 pm so it's not worth it, I go to sleep in about 2-3 hours anyways :mcargh:

Sleep debt is probably a factor too. Good, restful sleep comes from long-term good sleeping habits (like jacobgrey mentioned). Actually, if you're sleep-deprived for a prolonged period of time, even if you "catch up" on the sleep by sleeping in, it wouldn't really help because of something called REM rebound, where you spend more time in REM sleep (where you dream and often of stressful things), leading to feeling more tired when you wake up. :mcheh:

The human body is fascinatingly vengeful. Like "if you don't take care of me I'll make you suffer" :mcargh:
